华人基督福音教会在线奉献以及操作步骤

教会已经开通了网络在线奉献方式，具体方式如下：

Steps to set up a donation using your bank's Bill Pay feature 通过以下步骤在银行的在线系统中设置给CCMC-Durham的奉献捐款：

1) Access Bill Pay访问“Bill Pay”：Log into your online banking portal or mobile app and navigate to the "Bill Pay" section (Pay and Transfer) 登录您的网上银行平台或手机应用，进入"账单支付"板块

2) Add a New Payee添加新收款人：Click on the option to "Add a Payee," "Add a Company," or "Pay a New Bill"

点击"添加收款人"、"添加公司"或"支付新账单"选项

3) Enter Payee Information填写收款人信息：

• Payee Name收款人名称：Chinese Christian Mission Church 或 CCMC

• Payee Address收款人地址：PO Box 16522, Chapel Hill, NC 27516

• Payee Account #: 220002220866

• Phone number: 678-465-8266‬

• Account/Memo Field账号/备注字段: It's crucial to enter your full name and mailing address here. This helps the church identify you as the donor and send you a tax receipt请务必在此处填写您的全名和邮寄地址，这能帮助CCMC教会确认您的捐赠并寄送税务收据

4) Schedule Your Payment安排支付：Enter the donation amount, choose whether it's a one-time or recurring payment, and schedule the payment输入捐款金额，选择单次或定期支付，然后完成支付安排

Important Tips for Your Donation捐款重要提示

• How It Works运作方式：Your bank will generate and mail a paper check on your behalf to the church's address. The information you put in the "Account Number" field will typically be printed on the check's memo line or an accompanying stub.银行会代表您生成纸质支票并邮寄到教会地址

• For Tax Purposes税务记录： The physical check you write (i.e., the one your bank mails) serves as your bank record. Be sure to keep this information for your taxes. The church will also send you an annual contribution statement if they can identify you from the memo line. 您开具的奉献支票就是重要的银行记录，请妥善保管用于报税. 教会通常会根据支票信息为您寄送年度捐款证明

• Verification确认到账：If you want to confirm the church receives the donation, especially the first one, you can contact CCMC directly如需确认捐款是否收到，特别是首笔捐款，建议直接联系教会CCMC.
